When the Dalai Lama was asked what surprises him the most he said

“Man. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.”

You and I both know your health is your number one asset in life.  There are millionaires who would give every dime they had to have their health back if they have lost it.  This product is a compilation of 25 years of studies to “crack the code” to living a healthy life.  I have done the research for you.  I have lived the past 25 years listening to clients sometimes 7 & 8 per day as I massaged them tell me what was stressing them out.

  • difficult relationships (at work & at home)
  • not moving their body enough
  • most people are not in the driver’s seat of their own life
  • not knowing how to say no (gets you off your path in life)
  • worrying about parenting their children properly
  • fear of the unknown/not stepping forward
  • stuck emotion in the body will make you want to numb out, and if not expressed will make you sick.
  • Avoiding having difficult conversations they know they need to have (with bosses, spouses, etc to get to what you want in life- a raise, more sex, having more fun etc)
  • Old bad habits that no longer serve them, and not knowing how to break them

  Have you struggled with any of the above?  Living with them over time can really erode your health.

     I struggled with my weight my entire life. Being heavier than I was told I should be by all the insurance weight charts.  Moving from one “diet scam” to another.  Only to get fatter and fatter.  My weight imprint was from the 80’s where programming was “eat less, and exercise more”.  This created a deficit in my body (not enough nutrition for the amount of activity I was demanding of my body).  Then I would do 7 & 8 hours a day of physical work, and then workout 6 days a week in aerobics.  Boy did I screw up my metabolism. My body got super efficient at storing fat, everything I ate went to fat storage! It is hard to believe when I stand back now with some perspective that I even used to do that thinking I was being “healthy”.  But programming tells us this is what you should do….starve yourself thin.   

 

Let me tell you some things I have figured out about my health:

  • Healthy is going WITH your body and not against your body.
  • Movement should be enjoyable and not torture.
  • Our current medical care system is not about wellness, it is “illness care” and about making money off sick people.
  • You are responsible for your own wellness decisions and guarding your own health.
  • People are too busy working to figure out how to be healthy.

  So I compiled everything I learned over the past 25 years into a “product” so that you won’t have to research, and spend time figuring it out!
