There are two ingredients that are currently in our food, in fact in 80% of our food that are causing our bodies to be unhealthy.
Partially Hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup.
I believe partially hydrogenated oils are causing artery damage and then cause heart problems. And I believe high fructose corn syrup is causing diabetes.
By eliminating both of these ingredients from you diet you will be eating healthier.
This sounds easy, but it gets complicated when you get to the store. What I have found is you MUST read the label to find brands without these ingredients in them. At first this is time consuming and painful, but worth the health gain to do so. Once you discover which brands don’t use these ingredients, then you can just stick to those brands and companies.
The reason they are used is because they are cheep. So plan on paying a bit more for the products without these ingredients.
The way I look at it, I am going to either pay up front to be healthy, or I can get sick and pay a heck of a lot more and feel crappy! I would rather feel good not crappy.
