Digestion and elimination are one of the most important things when it comes to our health. So I am going to break the taboo of poo, to help you understand what is healthy and what is not when it comes to your elimination.
Remember food is fuel (not entertainment), so the quality of fuel you put in is going to produce a more quality out put of energy throughout your day, and produce better elimination.
My acupuncturist taught me there are two kinds of constipation:
- not enough water and fiber (I ate nuts and twigs (fiber) and downed tons of water and still had issues)
- an imbalance of your organs (turns out my spleen was too hot, and my stomach was too cold)
One acupuncture treatment to balance the spleen and the stomach and my spleen stopped robbing water from my colon to cool itself (and she added one bottle of peach kernel Chinese herbs that I took just the one bottle and was done for good) solved my lifetime of problems in only one treatment. (and no I am not kidding).
