This product is a compilation of 25 years of studies to “crack the code” to living a healthy life. I have done the research for you. I have lived the past 25 years listening to clients sometimes 7 & 8 per day as I massaged them tell me what was stressing them out.

I struggled with my weight my entire life. Being heavier than I was told I should be by all the insurance weight charts. Moving from one “diet scam” to another. Only to get fatter and fatter. My weight imprint was from the 80’s where programming was “eat less, and exercise more”. This created a deficit in my body (not enough nutrition for the amount of activity I was demanding of my body). Then I would do 7 & 8 hours a day of physical work, and then workout 6 days a week in aerobics. Boy did I screw up my metabolism. My body got super efficient at storing fat, everything I ate went to fat storage! It is hard to believe when I stand back now with some perspective that I even used to do that thinking I was being “healthy”. But programming tells us this is what you should do….starve yourself thin.
