Wishing isn’t enough to get clients through your door. Here is how to fill your marketing funnel:
Generate leads (go meet people, preferably people in your target market group)
Convert prospects into paying clients (invite the people you meet to come into your office! Tell them how you can BENEFIT THEM. Don’t talk about how great you are.)
Re-book them, once they do visit your office ask them invite them back! (for their next session). If they say they don’t know when, ask permission to follow up with them and ask how often you can follow up with them to show up to serve. Also ask if they prefer the communications from you to be text, phone calls, emails, or snail mail?
Follow up with them REGULARLY, Call them, text them, email them to show up to serve them and keep educating them. Ask them to come back to see you so you can keep showing them the benefits of receiving treatments from you.
If you show up to serve and not to sell them, people will appreciate you contacting them. I used to call people just to see how they are doing. We would visit and get to know each other and inevitably they would say “I need to book another massage with you.” If you take a genuine interest in creating relationships with people they will do business with you because they know love and trust you!
