Years ago I read a book by Suzanne Summers on food combinations. It worked for digestive purposes, but the best thing about this book is it introduced me to a natural sweetener that is calorie free, and does not spike blood sugar! So if you are diabetic, or just want to keep blood sugar level for weight loss or good health, you MUST know about Stevia. I personally like Chocolate Raspberry, and buy mine at the Boise Co-op! It goes great in a bottle of cold filtered water as a delicious healthier alternative to drinking pop or sugar drinks. If you don’t know about Stevia yet, I thought it was about time you did.
