What’s keeping you awake at night?

Someone once said, “worry is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do but it doesn’t get you anywhere.”
Chances are if you are in business, you have spent a few restless nights tossing and turning and mulling over a challenge. Well, you are not alone.  A while back I participated in a group that studied how to put your subconscious mind to work on problems.
So first be grateful you are aware you have a problem, then realize there is a solution. Here is how to arrive at the solution with the least amount of effort.  Trust your brain, and put it to work on your problem for you!
Our mind works like google’s search engine.  If you keep saying “I have a problem” then you will never find the solution.  So rather than focusing on your problem, focus on the solution.
Okay, you say but I don’t know the solution or I wouldn’t be awake worrying right?!
Right!  But you have a built-in google search engine called your BRAIN!  So let your brain (or at least part of your brain; the subconscious part) work on a solution for you.  Or better yet a whole bunch of possible solutions, by asking your brain the right questions!
Here is how.
Begin by comparing your problem to a computer virus.  Just as our body must have an accurate picture of the virus before it can manufacture an effective antibody, we must have an accurate picture of our problems before we can manufacture the solutions.  Take one problem at a time and list everything about that problem that bothers you including possible negative results.
Now, you learned in school that for every action there is an opposite reaction.  We live in a world of duality right?  The way this applies to our problem is direct and simple.  If a problem exists than the opposite (a correct solution) also exists.  The one cannot exist without the other.  On the virus sheet you listed out the negative side in detail.  So now list out the opposite, the positive side.
In order to activate your subconscious mind these positive words must be listed in present tense active form as a question.  So if you need money for example, you could say: Why is it that I am super excited and constantly filled with ideas of receiving more money and income to increase my wealth?”.
Remember the only difference between a pauper and a millionaire is how they think!
After you have written your positive solutions, you must read them everyday until you program your mind to make it reality. To be successful, your thoughts must be exciting, cheerful, positive, present tense active, and in the form of a question (so your mind will search like google for possibilities and solutions.  You must feel an emotional charge when you say them aloud.
Mastering your mindset and putting your brain to work for you is how people solve problems, wallowing in your problem and worrying will not move you forward.
Cheers to your success!
